| We are officially half-way through the season and the RAYS are in first place in the toughest division in baseball. We have a half-game lead over Boston, and start a three game series at the Trop tonight. Tickets for all three are sold out, for easily the biggest series in franchise history. I am absolutely pumped. | |

| In another note, David Price won his first game in AA going 6 innings and giving up two runs on four hits and striking out seven. Tim Beckham has started of slowly with only 2 hits in his first 13 ABs, but he'll come around. | |
