| Played poker with Marlins pitcher I look over and this guy has a Marlins championship ring on. It was huge and filled wth diamonds. He was not a big name but he was a pitcher. I need to look it up somewhere because I forgot his name. |

Didn't realize he played that long. Realistically he could've gotten a ring through the Reds in 1990. (let's not talk about that series too much though ok?). He didn't play in the postseason according to those stats, but he played in 3 games. To my knowledge, the team gets to make the decision as to whether he gets a ring. He didn't play for the yankees, sox or marlins during their championship years. |

| Every player that played on the Marlins those two years got a ring. Meaning if I was in the minor league system and was called up to spot start one game I would get a ring.
I knew a guy that's cousin played a game for the Red Sox in 2004 and he got a WS ring for that year. You can check him out here.
So here's a list of everyone who pitched at least 1/3 of an inning those two years for the Marlins. 1997 Marlins 2003 Marlins |
