Great performances (throughtout the season)

Tampa Bay Rays Shields has been amazing his last 2 starts. 18 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 15 Ks. 2 back-to-back complete game shutouts. A one hitter and a two hitter respectively.

The Reds own Joey Votto had a 3 HR game recently.

Someone from the Twins hit for the cycle a couple days ago but I can't think of his name right now.

I thought it would be nice to have a thread to talk about the great performances that we will see over the course of the season.

I just saw a highlight of ManRam catching a ball over his shoulder, climbing the wall, high fiving a fan and then throwing the ball back in to double up a baserunner.

Only Manny.

Here's the ManRam highlight. He took a good 3 steps to specifically high five a fan before turning the double play.

Carlos Gomez - 22 yr old kid who was the key in the Johan to the Mets trade. Looks to be a win/win so far.

even if it was, for example, Ryan Howard? this dude in my league has a boner for Howard and is offering me Alex Gordon (KC) and Lee for him.

i've been eying his waiver claim for a few days as i think about this Howard deal.

i'd make a horrible GM in real life.
