He screwed himself by getting in front of Congress and doing his little, "By god, I'm Roger Clemens and I'm from Texas, son" act. Only bringing more publicity to himself and his life which bred this.

| I think this information was preceded by the term "allegedly".
It was reported yesterday on my local sports affiliate that Roger and his wife were both family friends with the youngster and that Mrs. Clemens was fully aware of the situation. It does not bode well for his ever-declining reputation, however I'm not sold on this being a scandal just yet. The media is a powerful thing imo.

Its about like his steriod case. The general public already has him convicted so why the hell not I guess. She says it happened according to the link from Crazy. Macname(sp) said he took roids/hgh/whatever else. I guess Roger is just a sorry so and so according to the general consensus.
