Hallelujah this guy was the one of the worst Braves since Dan Kolb. According to the AJC, he asked for his release. The Braves have tooken Brayan Pena off the DL and Scott Thorman should be able to play everyday now. Saltalamacchia is here to stay, he will get the occasional start at 1st and catch once a week.

there is no way you can compare him to dan kolb. dan kolb is probably my least favorite player other than barry bonds. he was just that awful and it seemed like he didn't care when we lost.

yeah, hard to compare those two, Wilson at least has had previous success before coming to ATL. Kolb had one decent season in Milwaukee before the Braves thought he was the savior for the bullpen.

I just want to say that this word was the single best thing about my Thursday. Thanks.

Craig Wilson reminds me of the long-haired blonde guy from the Clanton Gang in Tombstone and the blonde rug "urinator" in The Big Lebowski.

Craig Wilson is terrible, and when he couldn't even hit lefties after being a specialist, lost his niche. They are comparable. Wilson's "success" was his rookie year and then one good season in 2004. He was garbage.

Wish I could go back in time and warn of the soon to be coming of Greg Norton. Made Craig Wilson look like Craig Biggio.

Bump. Hope this makes your Thursday even better than the first time. You're welcome.
