| Perfect... LaRoche killed the Cardinals last year in their two series', now he's in their friggin' division.
Doesn't he have a mild form of ADD, too?

I'm remembering that grounder to first that he fielded and proceeded to just casually stroll back to the base, as the batter ran right by him and was safe at first.

That is just the tip of the iceberg with Laroche. All through the minor leagues he had issues with "brain freeze" moments like that. I'm not saying it to be funny either . . . the guy really has Attention Deficit issues. There was actually a mini controversey last year about the fact that he had such a great second half after he was medicated for the first time in his life. |

| AJC reports Braves will platoon again at first base. I hate that. If you are a lefty and can't hit left handed pitching, how did you make it to the majors??????
Hampton is a bust. |

| I think this is a great trade for the Braves. LaRoche was a good player, yes, but we need help in the bullpen and Gonzo will really help out the pen and a lot believe he can been an all star. I had a chance to see Scott Thorman in spring training last year and dude is a beast. I think he'll be more productive than LaRoche ever would have been. |
