The Cubs have one hell of a Minor League system. It will pay off very soon for the Cubs. I think Chicago has a winning record this season.

I think the Marlins will win 84-86 games and be a good team and will finish 2nd but just not good enough to get a Wildcard spot.

They were decimated by free agency. They'll be lucky to win 75 games this season.

I can completely understand the argument for the Braves to edge the Phillies in the East. Now to beat out the Marlins and the Mets (assuming the Nats take 1st), I find that hard to believe.

I think the Indians win 90 games and win the AL Central by 2 games or so over Detroit.

The Tigers will still make the Playoffs(They'll still be a powerful hitting team) but their pitching staff will be weaker than it's been in a while. They're going to miss Scherzer and Jason Verlander is probably past his prime.

Sorry about screwing his name up.:blink::blink: I wouldn't be that suprised if he came out looking like the old Verlander in 2015.

Verlander's velocity isn't likely to come back. He'll never be a Cy Young contender again. Solid pitcher but not that good anymore. Tigers still probably edge us out by a few games though.
