No worries, I was probably overly sensitive. Agreed, your luck all year with all the injuries has been horrible. I was just a little aggravated because it was back to back games where the Braves could have gained a game. The way it is going I don't see the Braves taking the East from ya'll.

If the braves don't cool down a little y'all will. Even if we switch Strasburg up and throw him every 10 days instead of 5 with lannan involved , that could make the 2 or 3 game difference you need.

All it takes is a series with the braves being lannan Detwiler and wild Edwin Jackson and we're all even.

It would be insane to see a one game playoff to see who goes to the one game playoff. this wild card stuff may get weird.

The next couple of weeks will tell the tale for the Nats. They've got to go west to play Arizona and SF and then play 3 against the Braves. That's a pretty tough 10 day stretch. If the Braves don't make up any ground there, they probably aren't going to catch them unless they sweep them in the last series they play in September.

Martin isn't a power guy, but it seems like what little power he had has been zapped. It seems like if Bourn doesn't steal, it will be a double play almost every time with Martin.
