My thing is he goes all out everytime he IS on the field. He need to have a limited role or retire and become a coach. ( Only reason I put this on the board is because Grady is my favorite player. Past or present...

I'm surprised the Indians haven't soured on him yet due to his inability to stay healthy. I think a change of scenery would be helpful for both parties. A warm weather club (and staying in a corner OF spot) might help him stay healthy for an extended period of time. The thought of a healthy Grady Sizemore in a corner OF spot might be enough for a contending team an offensive piece away to risk trading a high-ceiling prospect or two.
