| | Undercover | "In the vicinity" outs Does anyone else think a foot should actually be on 2nd when the ball arrives for it to be a legit out? Seriously, if they're that good then make the play legitimately.

| I hate the vicinity call. As well as the tie goes to the fielder at 1st.

But when I do watch, it bugs me. Just like in the NBA where they get away with things kids in lower leagues would not. |
