The buyout is not even remotely close to $20 million. And its not a concern and it shouldn't. The majority percentage of a coaches buyout package comes from alumni checkbooks, not the athletic department. I cover ND football as part of my job, I attend all home games and press conferences...

Smart move making this today as opposed to Monday. If Weis is canned at ND, he was by far their #1 candidate. Let's just hope he gets the job done and we are not doing this all again in 4 years.
