Agreed... First degree murder by definition is, "intentional murder that is willful and premeditated with malice aforethought". Poisoning someone is especially heinous, calculated, cruel and unusual, making it a capital offense... IMO.

Seems like I read something back then that said in high school he was better on defense than offense but evidently would only entertain offers to play RB in college. Can anyone confirm that? Hindsight being 20/20 and all, maybe he should've played safety or LB...
