Absolutely. A couple of podcasts from the sites have already said there are 2 or 3 that won't make it.

I've owned smokers for several years now, but for whatever reason never did wings. Grabbed a couple dozen yesterday and gave it a shot. They are on the small side, but turned out well nonetheless.

I started with a Weber Smokey Mountain several years ago, bought a Pit Boss pellet smoker when my gas grill died last year. Haven't touched the WSM since. The set and forget factor is huge when I have other things to do, plus startup and clean up are so much easier.

My wife has objected to the idea of me buzzing it all with a 1 for years. This may be my chance to get it done without argument.
