30 years of service and 55 yeats of age will get a full retirement for civil servants. I am not sure about coaches. They come and go and are under different contracts.

Middleton did look good early against weak teams but I think she had had time adjusting not only to the speed but also the strength. Carter is one of the best athletes I have see. With confidence she could be great.
