If there is a silver lining, having no players drafted yet really speaks highly of Heupel and the staffs abilities. I feel like the days of having no picks in the early rounds are over though.
Latham definitely has the tools and was apparently expected to move to LT by all the teams that interviewed him. Let's see what Callahan can do with him.
People always say "you have to go get your guy if you believe in him" and then when the teams goes and gets their guy, everyone is like "Wait, no...not like that" lol.
I don't love the pick either but our two top picks unfortunately got taken at 5 and 6 and we have the best OL coach in the NFL...
My biggest worry with Milton is he was like that with Heupel, an actual offensive genius and QB whisperer. He likely won't get any better than he was here, but likely will regress. I really like JM and want him to succeed but I don't want him as my starting QB in the NFL.
