After the last decade of football, I'm excited for the upcoming bowl and for subsequent seasons.

It will be difficult to be ranked at 8-5, but not impossible. There are 5 loss teams ranked every year, albeit with 9 wins. Auburn was the last 8-5 team to be ranked in 2017.

It's a tough job, do they get a free pass? No way. Just like any other job, refs should be evaluated on their performance. If they do a poor job, they need to be appropriately disciplined.

There are different levels or grades of severity for concussions. As with everything in our culture, a word... in this case "concussion"... sends people into a panic. It's the trendy thing right now. If the doctors clear him, he should definately play on Saturday.
