I got a store ad in the mail this week, I never shop there but I just decided to see what they had and saw a comforter that I thought looked awesome. Well I went by the store the other day in my area and they did not have the exact one I wanted there. So I just called a location in Charlotte asking to see if someone could see if they had a comforter set I was looking for, she said she would get an associate out on the floor to help me out. The associate picks up the phone and says no we don't. I was like what, you don't even know what I'm looking for. Talk about laziness.

I'm okay I suppose. You? I just got off the phone with Hamilton Beach(appliance company). I bought a blender a year and a half ago and the base started smoking last month and I noticed online you can send products back, they will replace it if it is within warranty time or if you have taken good care of it. Well they sent me a brand new one yesterday. Used it this morning...it starts smoking! They are going to send me a new one and send a label for me to send the product back so that I don't have to pay shipping again. Surprising the excellent customer service.
