Socialism Fails Everytime ...

It depends on circumstances. We can also say fair market value for labor, use of resources, etc. Merriam Webster says greed's an 'excessive' desire for more than is needed. Excessive is open to interpretation.

Yes it most certainly is, same with greed. Using Luther's definition anyone with more than the basic necessities of life is greedy.

Bullshot, we used to admire the Titans of industry, the men who built America. Now you want to disparage them because they were greedy. Their greed built this country.
The Robber Barons? They did some good but they had their downside too (monopolies, working conditions, etc.)

Absolutely false!!!!!!!!!!
I never once said anything even remotely like that.
No definition I provided said anything like that.

It's not excessive in the context of our standard of living. That's not to say that there aren't some greedy folks out there: rich, poor and in between.
Good luck!!

But I appreciate the attempt.....you're doing much better than I was (but they are unable to hear what I say - it's probably me)

If you are going to label someone or a group of people greedy then you should be able to define excessive as it pertains to them.
So desperately looking for that black and white two-dimensional world.
