You guys are just too stubborn to admit the 360 is superior when it doesn't have the RROD. At least when a customer gets the RROD Microsoft fixes it for free. When a Sony customer gets the YLOD they charge about $100. As long as you keep your system in a well ventilated area you shouldn't have any problems.

that is the whole point. WHEN it does not have the rrod.

sony has a 1 year warranty and outside of that it is $100 that is correct. with the failure rate as low as it is, i guess they are comfortable with that. i am sure microsoft has no choice but to fix the hundreds and hundreds of rrod's they have each week. i thought they had a warranty period as well, but i guess i was wrong.

for the record tho, the day i need a gaming console for twitter and facebook is the day i will probably stop gaming.

Party Chat
Better customer service "if" a problem arises.
Last.fm
Better games for only XBOX: Halo, Gears of War, Forza, Crackdown, Fable, F.E.A.R, etc.

The PS3 has The Show, Uncharted, and MGS...wow

Also, I'd like to see a list of people who've had a problem with their 360 and the amount of time they play it to the amount of time it's sent off to be fixed. It's probably less than 5% of their time.

It takes like 2 weeks at the most to be sent off. 52 weeks in a year. That's about 3%.

I think it took 8 days to get mine back when it failed. Not bad at all.

i am guessing their customer service is so good because they get so much practice. they really have no choice. can't have a product that has such a high failure rate and bad customer service now can you?

you can add gran turismo, and god of war to your list there.

halo is terrible by the way. if i still had a 360, no way i am wasting my time with that when call of duty is avail. well, i guess if i was 10 i might...

Gran Turismo will be added whenever it finally launches, but I'm guessing it will be for the PS5.

it's pretty sad when you have to make a statement like that imo.
