apparantly suing Activision because she doesn't like the in-game model they put out for Cobain.....

I thought this B*&^& was dead under some bridge somewhere. Not sure but I dont think she owns the Kurt Cobain image does she??

Perhaps she should sue herself.

Activision responds: "Guitar Hero secured the necessary licensing rights from the Cobain estate in a written agreement signed by Courtney Love to use Kurt Cobain's likeness as a fully playable character in Guitar Hero(r) 5."

Well, she seems to think she should have as much say in the release of Nirvana's material as the two surviving members of the band, so this in no way is surprising to me.
