He must ask his human coaches how much time they want to devote to convincing each player, or how bad they want him to try. Then, he has to reopen the dynasty, invite back all the humans to their respective teams, and they can proceed from there. The downside of this is all the stats and what-not disappear, as if they dynasty just started. The other 360 dynasty had Smokey manually record all the stats in a spread sheet, and periodically released them to the players. That is all a ton of work.
Last year, I think we just ate the loss of players (I lost my best running back Tate for Auburn which hurt, govols182 lost Percy Harvin and Tim Tebow.)
One way to look at it, is that it is a sort of balancing effect in that dominating players will leave. Make sure the commish doesn't try to keep his guys if you got that route. If you know you are going to just let the bug do its thing, you can plan ahead and try to avoid underclassmen getting huge stats by beating the snot out of cpu teams and let seniors get the glory.
either way, it isn't ideal. It is definitely fixed in '10 (or so they say.) Good luck.

I did get a sweet TE transfer from Notre Dame last year and can't wait to use him.

| Ya, after recruiting against other people, recruiting is ho-hum offline. Also, it's great to not be able to automatically run the table and have that extra challenge.... Govols182 will just have to take my word for it.

You've got multiple spectacular sophomores who are already in the 90's. There aren't more than a few athletes a year in the entire recruiting list that can be in the 90's their sophomore year.
Now, in three years I can't say a peep. It will be pretty much all your players.
And don't get me wrong, I tease you because you are a great player. I have no doubt you'll keep being the evil Empire in this dynasty for as long as we run it. If I had had Florida and you had Auburn, you'd still beat me. I might win some more games, but I don't think it'd make a difference against you. The fact is I had a 90 ovr team THIS year, and still didn't do well (although i was gone for half the season and lost my best player for the season as well as my QB for the first part of the year) says it all. I am just hoping to be able to out-talent the rest of the SEC-West in the future, and eventually get lucky in the conference championship game. Although Ava worries me greatly, if he gets his recruiting going.
