Awesome set list. My only beef with Rock Band is that the guitar/bass parts are too easy.

that set list doesn't look any better or worse than GH III's or even GHII. Several have already appeared in the GH franchise.

I also agree with Swil that the guitar and bass lines in RB are too easy. When I can complete the game on hard, it's way too easy. In GH, I've only been able to complete the first set and half the second on hard.

Which ones? All I see is 'Holiday/Cambodia' but I'm not all that familar with all 5 GH games.

haha that's exactly what i was thinking.

some of the songs are the same on both games, but the other songs on the setlist are definitely better on rockband. that's my opinion of course, but i've always liked rockband better.

rockband is made more for family/party play. guitar hero is more for the hardcore guitarist, so it's all what you want it for. some of the riffs are a little too easy on rockband for expert, but they've still got some difficult stuff in there for sure.

RB's expert setting was about like GH's hard, at least for me. Meaning, it didn't take long to kick my a$$ and send me back to a lower difficulty.

"We Got the Beat"
"Carry On My Wayward Son"
"Holiday In Cambodia"
"Round and Round"

have all appeared in the various GH setlists, there may be more once you factor in DL content for the PS3 and 360.

I'm not saying it's a bad setlist, far from it. I'm looking forward to singing on "aqualung".

RB2 to be released for 360 in Sept. and PS3 later this year.

Guitar Hero 4: World Tour to be released late Oct.

Looks like there will also be a Guitar Hero: Metallica early next year.

Another setlist. Much of the same but a few differences. Also list #1 seems to have some metal for bigdaddy
