How guilty should i feel?

Shipped my XBox off this morning, but needed something to do, so i looked into renting one. Rent-A-Center charged $28 a week, but the minimum time was 2 months, so that would be $224 total for an Xbox i'd need for 2 weeks.

Then i got some brain power working, and drove to Wal Mart. 15 day return policy, so long as the serial numbers match, everything works, and all the paperwork is in the box. So basically i bought an XBox that i'm going to return after 2 weeks, or mine comes back, whichever happens first.

Low and Sleazy, i know, but i don't reckon i'm taking the filet mignon and lobster off Sam Waltons plate either.

Low is charging people 4 dollars per gas. Low is going to the beach only to find out your room is damaged and you have to find another room. Low is watching Gaffney catch a ball for .01 seconds a sealing rival win. What you did my friend business.

Way to work the system man. Lord knows the system works us enough. Payback is sweet.

Although, if you were really sneaky you could have went to walmart and bought a new xbox. Get the new one out and keep it, put the old broke one in the case and return it to walmart and got your money back and you never would have had to wait at all.

thing is, on the 360 there is a slot on the store box, so they get the upc directly from the xbox by the Serial number, so they would have known.

Anyhow, i'm getting an xbox to play for free, due to wal marts generous return policy.

You could switch the serial number stickers.

I rented one when mine died and got it weekly from rent-a-center. But whatever works, and screwing Walmart is one of my fav pastimes. Strong work.

I felt guilty for doing something worse morally. Me and my friends call it pulling the "switch-a-roo" when one of our games becomes defective we go to blockbuster and rent it and keep the working one and take the defective one back to blockbuster. I've only done it once but I felt guitly but it saved me $60.
