| run your xbox directly from your modem and do not use a router. You need to change you settings on you connect screen. I think if you do a test you can also change your NAT to open.

| figure out which IP address your xbox is using, go into your router's control panel, there should be a DMZ setting. Place your xbox's IP address in the DMZ. What this does is that it places your xbox outside the built in firewall. It's safe to have your xbox outside of the firewall. The Midnight Hour - » Make Your Router Xbox Live Compatible
