Right now, there is a shareholder lawsuit being filed against Take-Two for hiding the offer by EA. Supposedly, this could lead to a newly elected board that will be open to selling Take-Two later this month.

Also, there will be no All-Pro Football 2K9.

EA has reiterated their $26 per share offer to the Take-Two shareholders. There is a Take-Two shareholders meeting April 10, and EA's offer expires April 11.
