| also,
1. does it really matter how much space is put between the power brick and the 360? i have mine sitting next to mine but this is mainly due to the fact that i don't have anywhere else to put it. i've heard this is bad, but i don't have alot of options.
and
2. i've currently got my console plugged into a surge protector to protect it. but i've heard this is bad for it also since the 360 doesn't get the best power supply that way. IMO, it seems like it would be riskier to be plugged directly in the wall. thoughts?

| okay so i just started playing xbox live tonight. i am playing halo 3. but for some reason, i don't hear anyone talking on the headset. i hear a sound in it when i push left on the D-pad to talk, but no one talks back. is there something wrong, or is it just that not many people talk on it? |

| Is it bad to play DVDs? Everyone I know that played DVDs on their PS2, including me, had them die. Is the 360 the same? |

| Got the dreaded "Red Circle of Death" on my 360 late last week. I'm waiting on the box from Microsoft so that I can send it back and get it fixed. Anyone else had this happen? I'm thinking of switching to a PS3 when I get my XBox back.

| | No Post For You! | Stupid XBOX Question Keep in mind, I've only had my XBOX for a little over 3 months now. Here's my question. After you beat a game, can you erase all of that game data and still keep your achievement points, or do they disappear as well?
If I had to guess, I'd say that you get to keep them, but I just want to make sure before wipe some files off the old XBOX. |
