can you use wireless internet to play ps2 online? i always thought you could, but it seems like a new thing with the ps3. also, what about xbox 360. could you play xbox live with wireless internet?

You could hook up a wireless bridge, but the PS2 only has an ethernet port. No offical wireless adapter.

360 has a $100 wireless adapter, or you can run ethernet/wireless bridge.

A linksys wireless game adapter (Model WGA11B) will do the trick. That's how I have my 360 set up wirelessly. It works great. It's range is much better than the $100 official microsoft product and it is cheaper. You can probably pick them up on ebay for around $50 or so.
