I know how do to do this now.
But I don't like to do it because it is not exactly fair. The way to stop it if someone is doing it to you is ether do man coverage, but this is risky, you could do a zone, but you have to hit pass commit, or you could blitz fast enough to get to the qb because the play is slow developing.
