Streaming on twitch?

Does anyone know how to stream on twitch? I've been trying to learn how to do it, but it seems really complicated. Either that, or I'm just technologically illiterate. Can anyone help me? I have a mac 10.7 and can't find any software or decent instructions on how to do it. Thanks.
