What does pro, recreation, family, underground mean?

I picked underground because I wasn't sure if anything else would limit me.

How do you change the image. (I want to change mine to something Vols or Titans)


And also, is there anyway to save gamerscore from one profile onto the other, because when I got Live, I switched accounts and lost about 3000.

It dictates the kind of people you're usually around on XBox Live. If you're on underground, then trash talk and vulgarity are pretty much completely allowed, vs. on family where those things get a lot of negative feedback, possibly bannings.
