I downloaded this after selling my unnecessary $1,000 gaming PC I made and needed a MOBA fix. I've played three games and had a blast. It's very new, but seems to be without bugs or lags, and is very easy to play.
I have played the other MOBA for iPad and this is 10x better.
It's free and definitely nice to have as a time killer. Games have only been 15-20 minutes so far.
