| Nintendo Wii I had the opportunity to play this system for the first time at my bud's house this past weekend.
WOW. Ground-breaking is the term that would best describe the Wii. I've never played anything like it. It's controls are going to revolutionize the industry.
The control looks more like a remote for your tv- and has a motion sensor at the tip of it. This allows you to use virtually your entire body to control what goes on in the game. I played the bowling game that came with the system, and it was actually like bowling a real ball.
I also played Red Steel- a first person shooter. It was very tricky starting out. I pretty much had to re-learn how to move nad look around.
The Wii worst flaw are its graphics... they are somewhere in between a 360 and a GameCube as far a power goes.
I think the immense fun that one can have playing the Wii out-weighs its weak graphics. It was almost like playing a video game for the first time all over again. I'm a believer now! |

Yes you can get more physical while using the controller. But you can also half ass it and play regular.
