anyone know how to get them online for 360.

The only way to get it online is to try and get into the hard drive and FTP the files over. Other than that, you're gonna have to get a memory card from PSX Sports.

Can you get it from other people, because my friend has it and he got it from PSX sports.

got to the forums you will prolly have to register ...there is a way to export them im not sure about the 360 though i have a ps2 and i used a memeory card

If you have a way to connect your 360 HDD to your computer you can use xplorer360 to copy them over. I use Fairdale Kings' rosters.
