I just wish you didn't hit the level cap so fast. That was my biggest complaint about the first one. It was too short. I don't like to start new characters too quickly. I like to continue to develop one character.

There was nothing more fun than running around raiding random caves and hideouts just to see what random loot would pop up. I can't wait to get this, but I've gotta get my PS3 back first!

I did today, I have been avoiding the phone for obvious reasons and it has been a rough weekend. Did your brother get it yet? Will be on tonite to get some coop going.

So the Siren is basically the medic of the bunch. I think everyone is going to be a commando. I don't think the classes are balanced enough. The turret is just too damn cool.

I may be a Siren, just because I think they'll be in high demand for all co-op parties.

I actually may start a siren and a commando and try to keep them at similar levels so I can go back and forth between the two.

Hopefully they will eventually release DLC that will increase the level cap. As it is now, you can only fully max out one skill tree, and that's not even maxing out every skill, just doing enough at each level to get to the augment skill at the end of the tree. They would have to triple the level cap for you to be able to fully max out.

Hopefully BC gets it on PS3, but he'll probably go Xbox.

Rocky and I will be on PS3. I assume Nerd will be hetero and pick it up on PS3.

So this officially comes out midnight tonight? If you would have made a thread sooner, BC, I would have known to schedule a vacation day tomorrow!

What are you guys going to play as? Mine arrives tomorrow (pre-ordered from Amazon). I had to do that to prevent me from picking it up at midnight and being trash at work tomorrow.

I'm considering Maya (80%) or Zero (20%). I'll be playing on Xbox.

Sorry to be the noob of the thread, but what exactly do you do in the game? Play as a character who goes to towns and steals/loots it? Fight other looters? What does online consist of? Does the game have great replay value?

I have never played the first one and don't have a clue as to what it's all about.

It's got RPG elements. You do quests. There is a storyline. The most rewarding part is randomly generated loot. The guns are randomly generated, so there is a seemingly infinite number and type of weapon. It's a lot of fun to just go around looting, but you do get loot during quests, too.

The online is just up to 4 player coop. It's a lot of fun.
