My xbox has never broken down. A roommate's PS2 was CONSTANTLY having problems though.

i have an xbox, a 360, and a ps2, and i know 360 is next gen, but even the original xbox runs rings around the ps2. i got the ps2 first, decided i would rather buy the xbox, and it was a good decision.

I'll tell you exactly what I'll say... I still say the same to the 360 since I like my xbox so much... "What a waste of money!" Seriously, if someone has the $ to spend on a PS3, they sure as hell better not be on Welfare.
