| im still on the fence about this game.. it reminds me of Bioshock and i do like the steampunk type setting |

| Bearcat or anyone else that might remember, what was that game shown at E3 where the player can control different things in the environment. The character could change traffic lights or stop cars with some device. Is it this game? I can't remember what it was called and thought this may be it. |
