Metal Gear Solid Series

Anyone here into it? I've played pretty much all of them, and right now I'm playing MSG: Peace Walker on the 360.

4 was amazing. Great way to tie the whole story (from 1 to 3) together. And that ending? Just tremendous.

HD collection is solid.

If I did go back, I'd start with one and work my way through. They're not excruciatingly time consuming games if you ignore all the easter eggs.

MSG4 was pretty good. If I had a criticism about it, and really MGS in general, is it had way too many cutscenes, and they were way too long.

The 2 MGS PSP games are pretty good, though they kind of get too strategy like with all the solider management and stuff like that. I like Peace Walker so far but some of it feels like too much work.

That was my gripe also. I remember at one point there were three save prompts over a roughly one hour period where it was nothing but cutscenes.

MGS has always been more of a long movie in the form of a video game.
