its not really an mmo at all.. you can only play with 3 friends.. the only mmo aspect is the auction house to buy gear and gems off of.. I suppose when they add pvp it will make it slightly more mmoish but still way different.

Is there a gap difference between levels you can play with? How do you handle wanting to play with friends that aren't at the same point in the game as you?

I've only done single player do far... But the higher level will just end up carrying you.. But they can still go back in quests.
