| Official Madden 2012 Thread To kickoff Madden 12, Ian Cummings will have a blog on Madden 12 at halftime of the Super Bowl. Not sure exactly what he will cover, but it will not cover franchise. |

| | VN's One and Only | madden 11 might as well have been madden 10-B. they hardly did anything new in last year's game.

We have also re-aligned our management structure to have one "General Manager" sitting atop ALL of the football games within EA SPORTS to ensure that both teams are aligned on core technologies and pushing the envelope for innovation.
| I don't know why this was never done before, as opposed to having totally different gameplay for different versions of the same sport. |

| | Senior Member | If it's the same team, I sure hope they actually make some changes that benefit the die hard Madden fans and not 5-6 yr olds.
Last years game in my opinion (Only rented it) was 2 steps back.. They were trying to simplify the game so much it was insulting to people who have followed this game for years..
In my opinion, they need to scrap everything from 11.. Go back to 10 and build from there.. 10 was a great game..

| I disagree, 11 was similar to 10, but after the last patch it is a pretty good game. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

What did the patch fix?
