| Our pool goes from 3' to 6' which is deep enough as there is no board or slide. My health club has a same depth pool, and I prefer the graduated depth best. Sometimes you want to like sit down in the water, or do something where the water needs to be shallow or not have the water up to your chin all the time.

| Talk about frustration on top of frustration...The salt system has a little flow feedback sensor that monitors flow and sends a signal back to the controller letting it know that the water is flowing well and it is good to generate chlorine from the salt water. My yellow lab puppy apparently tired of destroying her countless chew toys, our back yard furniture and the potted palm tree my wife tried to put in our back yard and decided to eat the wires from the flow sensor to the controller.
That will be an extra $200 I am going to have to spend plus trying to figure out/implement some way to keep her little puppy teeth off of it.

I saw them carrying off 6' landscape timbers a few days ago. They were nailed down!

They were nailed down! | The potted palm tree that I alluded to was a second attempt at some greenery in our back deck/cabana area. We thought we would outsmart her by putting cayenne pepper at the base of the tree.
I looked out a couple of days ago and she was on her hind legs grabbing the tree about half way up the stalks dragging them down. Needless to say, that palm looks pretty sad right about now.

An inground is more of an entertainment area at times b/c when it's cold we still put the lghts on all around and then we have the music and vodka fountain... it's just so pretty at our house during football season with the jello shots and orange pool light and orange tiki torches... y'al come on down!
I just proofread with the husband and he said i was all wrong and if you don't have kids it makes sense for a one depth pool b/c it's not like y'all would do a slide or a diving board thing. However, I use my slide adn I use my diving board, my son and I race aroudn the pool. Kids need a deep end for the slide. Just use the swim vests if they don't know how to swim. Lord, pools, I can't tell you how scared I am! Love them and hate them all at once! | I would! What fun!!! |

| My neighbor has a pool that I can use whenever I want. All the fun with none of the expense. She does flood part of my yard when she back flushes the system though. No biggie since it kills a huge area of grass so I don't have to mow it.
