| When still lived in Knoxville, the city council banned the duck race, saying it was a lottery. Now they have the dang lottery. Buncha idjits.

| The last year they had it before the ban, a guy I worked with won a 17 ft bass boat and didn't even know it. His Grandma bought a duck for him and won.

| They sell quite a few of these ducks. The company I work for sold over 10,000 of these things themselves last year. Probably the same this year, as we have sold over 4,000 in just a few days. Some nice prizes and a lot donated to charity. | |
