| OS13 has questions
Everyone is welcome to answer.
Today a vagrant (white guy) approached me asking for 5$ because he was hungry. While asking for money he got an email on his IPhone. I told him I would give 20$ for the iPhone. He said I should f*** off! I said 30$ is my final offer. He gave me the finger and left.
Was handled properly? |

| Yep. I had a similar incident a while back at the basketball court. It was a fat black kid that said he hadn't ate in three days but had nice shoes, he was obviously well fed, and had a phone. | |
