| Earvin Magic Johnson (went to school with my Brother). Him and the fellas used to play basketball at a little court down the road from my house. While he was still in HS he used to let me and a couple friends join in after the buttkicking games were over. Pretty cool for a 6th/7th grader. Few years later, while I was in HS and he was just starting with Lakers, I was working at the ice cream shop around the corner. Same group of guys would be together for pickup games and he would stop by afterwards. Three or 4 ice cream cones for the boys, and I get a $20. Good deal.
He showed me around tForum when I was at the Rose Bowl in 1988 (did NOT hook me up with any skanks.) I met Kareem, Worthy, Rambis, some other fellas that day.
Jay Vincent (NBA, but not a celeb) Took Karate Lessons together
Sam Vincent-Same as above, but went to JR High and MSU together
Scott Skiles MSU
Kevin Willis MSU
Chuck Barkley- Met at a UF -v- WarTiger game. Two years later, saw him at a 76'ers -v- Pistons game, and he still remembered my name. Pretty cool.
Coached 2 NFLers, one never made it off the practice squad, the other played for the Lions (so neither counts). But through one, I met Barry Sanders. (handshake, "nice to meet ya" and that was it)
Richard and Kyle Petty bought my dinner one night when they were in town (at Michigan International Speedway) I came into the restaurant and they were packed, no seats avail. tKing shouted to the hostess (send him over here, we have a extra seat) tKing made Kyle buy dinner cause he had a smart mouth!!
Tom Izzo
Mark Dantonio
Steve Spurrier
Billy Donovan
John L. Smith (doesnt really count but we put back a few beers)
Nick Saban (him and I used to help my cousin coach little league baseball team that Nicks kid and my cousins kid played on)
John Smoltz (coolest dude ever)
3 NBAer's that yall would never know (my high school)
Olympic Athletes (not celebs though):
Jordyn Wieber
Maria Anz
Elfi Schlegel
Tracy Caulkins
Mary Wayte
MUSIC:
Lunch with Sara Evans (ok...different tables, back to back to each other. Didnt even get a good view)
Shopping with Martina McBride (we were at Gymboree in the Cool Springs Mall, I was holding an outfit up to my boy and she said "that will look just darling on him" I think that equals "Bless his heart"
Breakfast at Shoneys here in Rednecksville with the dude from Rascal Flatts. He was on his way back from a UT game the night before. Kids were with him. We didnt pester him. (but I have confirmed it with my cousin, who is a friend of the dude, that it was indeed him)
I think that is it, but I reserve the right to add more to this already boring list.
DING:
I met Nerd's future ex-gf. Im not saying Im into stealing, but if I were a single man...............

| My old roommate's parents lived next to whichever Rascal Flatts dude was married to playmate of the year mid 2000's. 2007? 2006?
Anyway, never met them formally, but waved and said hey and stared at her chest. |

| Brett Farve and I kick it all the time. He lives near Hattiesburg and helps coach at Petal High School. For kicks we randomly text message strange numbers with pics. Just kidding about the pics. I do know Brett and he is a pretty cool guy. |
