| I have not eaten at Jimmy Johns in over 7 years on account of I am boycotting them.
As a sophomore at UT I worked at the T-Recs. Every Thursday for like a year I would order a #12 and have it delivered to the parking lot where I would meet the driver. This was not uncommon, most of the other employees did something similar.
One Thursday I called in to place my order and the guy taking the orders was extremely rude and told me I needed an address. I gave him detailed directions on how to drive the 2 blocks from the store to where I was and explained that I did this every Thursday and that the driver and I knew each other by name. He still wasn't satisfied. I hung up on him in the middle of a rant about how many people had called in from the T-Recs and didn't know the address.
Hibachi factory did not have any problem taking my money and delivering without an address.
I have not been to Jimmy John's since. Perhaps I should give them a second chance. | |
