Just ran the 5k in 28:40, thus exempting him from his suicide pact. He did not get winded one bit, but his legs were burning worse than mulch in Knoxville.
Thanks to kat for the well wishes and tri for the running tips. You were his motivation and guidance, respectively.
Go New, he helped kick Autism's ass today. |
