I guess. I am pretty sure that people who ride a lot keep their seat that high so their leg straightens all the way out.(Might be wrong though)

Schipperke's have an undercoat as well a regular coat. She is soft and very sweet. Google pictures of Schipperkes. They all look the same. I have a hard time getting a good picture of her because she is camera shy. lulz.
