Naw, man, it's cool. It doesn't offend me, and they would appreciate the critique. They are just looking to improve.
Cool. The more they play together the tighter the rhythm will be. The vocal may be him holding back instead of going for it like Randy Broyles does. Google him doing Thrill is Gone if you have never heard it. You'll see what I mean.
Overall, I liked their style.

If you have time, go listen to one of the older songs like All The Kids or Masochist. I don't know if it's better, but for this CD he changed his voice. He is classically trained here at school, and I think he was trying to incorporate that or some shiz. He still sings regularly in shows, but those that you listened two are different. See if you can tell what I mean.

Wow. I listened to Massochist and that is different. Even the band sounded tighter with his vocal being more aggressive. I bet on the other two his vocal experiment was affecting the bands timing somehow.
I would buy that song.

Yeah, I didn't much like the change. I'm glad he sings regularly in shows. I really enjoy some of their stuff. They have two new bands members on the new cd so that could account for the timing. Glad you liked that one better.
