1 year. 7 months. 3 days. That's how long it took me to get here.
That's 20,000 posts of conversation, trolling, drunk posting, blowing up, and padding. Well, a whole lot of the last four at least.
I've enjoyed my time here. I've come and gone a few times (not by choice), but always migrate back. I like the people that hang out here. VN, and specifically the endzone, brought us all together, which is why I continue to be loyal. I respect a lot of you, and dislike none of you, and that's saying something coming from a guy as testy as I can be. It's been nice as things and people come and go in my life to always have this continuity here.
Often closely monitored, always misunderstood, and sometimes underestimated, the collection of good people here is overlooked. If someone needed help, you guys would step up in a heartbeat. And I am grateful to be able call myself a part of this. It's been great getting to know all of you over the past year and change. Sometimes tumultuous, always exciting; we've had some fun.
