The VN Recipe Thread

Since we have so many "foodies" on here thought a recipe thread might be interesting and I really want a good steak recipe.

Anyone have a steak recipe that they just love and want to share with me?

Smoked slowly, with water tray using Jack Daniels barrel wood chips for about 5 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste. Will Not need steak sauce, depends on you.

How do you eat your steak? No offense to rednecks but recipes don't matter on steaks that are cooked well-done.

Personally, I think all a good strip needs is just a little spice rub and charcoal.

New York Strip Recipe

Go to Ruth's Cris Steak House. Order New York Strip. Marinate yourself until served. Eat. Enjoy.

That's cutting it close VolGal.
