Yeah, all those years we were top 3 in rush defense and total defense sure sucked.

We haven't fielded a defense with half the competence and a quarter of the production since Chavis' departure.

Chavis still has that elite tag in some people’s mind he was definitely getting paid like he was elite TAMU something like 1.5 mill a year but he hasn’t had a really good defense since LSU to Bama in the title game and that’s the truth

LSU made a huge upgrade when he left and they hired Aranda

But yea he’ll a lot less talented to recruits to work with At Arkansas only thing that will help him is if Chad Morris can put can put a much better offense on the field then Sumlin managed to
